A lot of estate agents get so caught up in ‘winning your business’ that they do (and say) anything they can to get their next property on the market. All to often that’s then the last time you speak to them unless there is a problem. They focus within their 'polished pitch’ on how fast they can rent your property and not about the quality of the tenant they place in there, the relationship that has to be nurtured with that tenant to ensure problems do not become insurmountable or how they will ultimately protect your asset and you. They will instead tell you how many staff they have, how they use all the same portals and advertise in the same way all agents do, how much more rent they can get than the next suit due to meet you in 45 minutes. Frankly it’s all rather irrelevant noise. We base our business simply on relationships - ours with our landlords and ours with our tenants as both of these ultimately ensure then that our tenants relationship with our landlords runs smoothly and prosperously for everyone’s benefit.

For too long estate agents have not offered value for money to the public. Nobody should pay hundreds of pounds a month to be passed around from one office to the next or from one person to another as each time your communication becomes more and more frustrating. As our client we believe a landlord should be able to pick up the phone directly to the person who helps them make the important decisions not to someone who is in a different department, or is there just to pick up the phone and keep the client away from the decision makers at their estate agents. Each of our clients get a bespoke one on one service with an allocated property manager. Most of our Landlords share communication via WhatsApp these days meaning it’s much more personal and no more telephone tag waiting for someone to call you back. We do not advertise on national portals like Rightmove.co.uk and Zoopla.co.uk instead we invest heavily in our local branding, social media and our word of mouth reputation because in our view if you treat people well, are friendly and courteous, are responsive and kind you naturally get results that both our tenants and landlords are happy with. The by product here is we can pass these savings on within in our highly competitive, easy to understand and transparent fee structure. Over the longer terms we will absolutely aim and likely beat your current agents bottom line costs but our focus is equally on providing a high quality and proactive service which exceeds that of our competition. As part of this pledge we create a promo video for EVERY property, and we use our in house digital marketing team to ensure your property is then seen by thousands of potential clients across Facebook and Instagram each week. Our methods of marketing are targeted, specific and effective and will produce results.

What happens after my property is let?

Our property management process is overseen entirely by Pamela Roy, a partner in the business who will be instrumental in our success. She is supported only by similar director level managers and a small team based in each office who will know you as our landlord and your property personally. We will never centralise our offering or pass our landlord around as we fully accept our clients are the life blood of our business.
