Welcome to Serra Property. We are a bespoke letting and property management agency and we do things quite differently to any other ‘traditional’ estate agent on Portland and in Dorset.

Serra Property undertake the nationally recognised Letting Partnership health check annually to ensure that as a company we employ and are managed and directed by 'fit and proper professionals. The check was created with the express purpose of supporting and promoting professionalism within the property services industry, specifically in the areas of client accounting and client money protection.

  • Our Employers’ liability is covered to the value of £10,000,000 for each and every claim or loss

  • We also hold Crisis containment which is covered to the value of £25,000 each and every crisis and in the aggregate
  • And we hold Cyber and Data breach policies which are covered to the value of £100,000

So let’s talk about the elephant in the room, why are the competition paying such an interest in what we do and how we can offer the enhanced service we do for a more cost effective fee than our competitors? Well for a start as a business we have decided to focus on one service at a time and to get that service absolutely right for us before we look at the next service, so while we do not offer a property sales department at present we will do in the future and much like our lettings offering we will not launch that until we are 100% sure the service we will be offering is unrivalled locally. 

Every service Serra offers must be unique as well as transparent and easy to use. Yes, by general definition we are indeed estate agents… but we are also so much more and our goal is to become one of the most recommended companies across all of Dorset’s and especially within the counties social media groups and by word of mouth.
